Process Flow
Manual tube loading → In-machine operations: Automatic tube feeding → Tube mouth air blowing → Servo-controlled filling → Hot air sealing or folding → Batch code embossing → Automatic tube discharge → Cartoning → Case packing

Structure & GMP Design
All product-contact parts are made of 316L stainless steel. The machine frame and electrical control cabinet are constructed from 304 stainless steel, while external mechanical parts feature anti-corrosion surface treatment. Gaskets and sealing materials are made of silicone, ensuring full GMP compliance.
User-oriented design with a large-capacity tube hopper, low-height tube feeding system, and height-adjustable tube magazine for easy tube loading.
Low-wear or wear-free design: mechanical transmission components are connected via bearings, and the filling system adopts precision cam-driven metering, ensuring stable and consistent filling performance.
Control System
Equipped with Siemens PLC full automatic control and an intuitive HMI, providing easy operation and real-time visualization of machine status.
Fully integrated functions including tube loading, internal tube air blowing, filling, sealing, batch code printing, and tube discharge.
Multiple safety protections such as fault alarms, mechanical overload automatic shutdown, and safety door interlock switches are incorporated to ensure safe and reliable operation.
