Structure & GMP Design
The main surfaces of the machine are made of 304 stainless steel, with no sharp edges or corners. The overall structure is simple, aesthetically pleasing, safe, and reliable.
The machine is equipped with an integrated safety enclosure. Opening any protective door during operation will trigger an alarm and automatically stop the machine, ensuring operator safety.
Control System
Controlled by Siemens PLC and an industrial computer, with major electrical components from internationally recognized brands
The HMI provides output displays including bottle count, label consumption, qualified product count, and rejected product count
Production quantities cannot be manually modified and can only be cleared; a production output report can be printed after batch completion
OPC UA interface reserved for connection with MES / LIMS, enabling production data integration and management
