DPH320HII Fully-Servo High Speed Roller Blister Packing Machine adopts a Siemens motion control system, enabling synchronized operation of 10 servo axes. It is compatible with both Alu-PVC and Alu-Alu blister packaging. The machine integrates the advantages of flat-plate and rotary drum structures, featuring high-speed punching, stable operation, and a high finished product yield. It utilizes positive-pressure forming and roller heat-sealing processes to ensure well-formed blisters and flat, neat plates. Equipped with intelligent registration control and a trim-free punching design, it effectively reduces material waste and improves production efficiency, making it suitable for large-scale automated packaging in the pharmaceutical and related industries.

Standalone Function

The machine independently completes the full blister packaging process, including forming, feeding, sealing, and punching. It is suitable for high-speed production of both Alu-PVC and Alu-Alu blisters, meeting GMP requirements for efficient and continuous manufacturing.

Structure & GMP Design

The machine adopts a modular split-structure design with a rational station layout, facilitating maintenance and cleaning.
All product-contact parts are made of 316L stainless steel and non-toxic materials, fully compliant with GMP standards.
Positive-pressure forming and roller heat-sealing processes ensure firm blisters and flat, neat plates, improving packaging quality.

Supports three-level access control and fault diagnostics, enhancing operational safety and traceability.
