BRIEF INTRODUCTION
Standalone Machine Positioning
Independently performs the processes of bottle separation / labeling / inspection / rejection, suitable for high-speed labeling of small round bottles and compliant with GMP standalone production requirements.

Key Performance Parameters

Structure & GMP Design
The machine adopts an integrated protective enclosure design. Opening any safety door during operation will trigger automatic alarm and shutdown, improving operational safety.
The labeling head features a three-section structure (label feeding, label pulling, and backing paper rewinding), independently controlled by separate motors to ensure stable label conveying and high-speed operation, with a maximum labeling speed of up to 95 m/min.
A small-pitch wide conveyor belt horizontal feeding structure ensures stable bottle feeding, low bottle breakage rate, and compatibility with different tray specifications.
The starwheel feeding system combined with positive-pressure adsorption enables stable bottle distribution and defective product rejection. The structure is simple, resistant to blockage, and easy to maintain.
Key transmission components adopt gear-driven structures with backlash elimination technology to ensure transmission accuracy and long-term operational stability.
Change parts such as starwheels, feeding wheels, and guide rails adopt positioning pin structures, eliminating repeated adjustment and improving format changeover efficiency.
The label pressing mechanism uses a synchronous belt wrapped with sponge material, ensuring smooth operation, excellent buffering performance, firm label adhesion, and protection of bottle surfaces.
Control System
The machine adopts a touchscreen Human-Machine Interface (HMI) supporting parameter setting, status monitoring, and fault alarm display for intuitive and convenient operation.
Recipe storage and recall functions are available, eliminating repeated parameter settings during product format changeovers and improving production efficiency.
The infeed section is equipped with photoelectric detection. When product supply is insufficient, the machine automatically slows down or stops to ensure stable operation.
Optional functions include online printing, character inspection, missing label detection, audit trail, and electronic signature systems to meet higher-level compliance requirements.
