Structure & GMP Design
The vacuum filling and vacuum stoppering systems adopt independent vacuum circuits for separate control. All pipelines are equipped with capsule filters and sanitary diaphragm valves to ensure high-level cleanliness control.
The vacuum chamber and all critical product-contact parts are made of 316L stainless steel, including filling needles, stoppering components, and piping systems. Selected key components are made of PEEK material to ensure corrosion resistance and sealing performance.
The machine is equipped with a vacuum air-return system and high-precision vacuum sensors for real-time vacuum monitoring and adjustment.
The stopper feeding system adopts a vibrating bowl and track conveying structure made of 316L stainless steel, with minimum level detection and buffer storage design to ensure stable stopper feeding.
The center plate adopts a 316L stainless steel clamping structure and is equipped with an automatic opening mechanism for convenient operation and maintenance.
The machine supports quick format changeover design to improve production flexibility and changeover efficiency.
Control System
The machine adopts a Siemens CPU control unit together with a servo control system to realize synchronized multi-axis servo control for the entire machine.
The robotic handling station is fully servo-driven, including vertical and rotary movements, ensuring accurate and stable pick-and-place operation.
High-precision X/Y servo moving axes are configured for accurate positioning.
The system is equipped with automatic monitoring functions for real-time monitoring of the vacuum circuit status and diaphragm valve switching actions.
Multiple sensor alarm functions are provided, including filling needle overload alarm, stopper reverse detection alarm, and material level detection alarm, improving operational safety and machine stability.
Vacuum air-return pressure and timing can be adjusted to meet different process requirements.
